Outline: Two side-by-side houses built by the owner's grandfather were converted into a grandmother's house and clinic (left) and a co-working space (right). The west wing, with the residence on the left and the clinic on the right, is an intermediate area with a glass-tiled roof, allowing light to penetrate throughout the interior. The co-working space on the east wing is run by the owner, who holds study sessions. The exterior wall finish was inspired by the pink tiles and yellow-green paint used to finish the bathroom, which was full of the grandfather's hobbies and interests.
