House in Nakayama

Outline
The building is situated on a hillside site created by residential land development adjacent to a preserved greenbelt. The building is placed so that it straddles two of the three existing retaining walls (height: approximately 2 m, total length: approximately 22 m for the first level and approximately 28 m for the second level) that lie within the site. The retaining walls were made to be walls for living, and wooden decks, lofts, and other living spaces were created based on these walls.
