- Outline
- Built on a cliff site of leftover land from a development. It is an office and vacation home for a Kyoto-based design firm. As a place between work and home, it houses a shared office and café open to the community, where architects and staff can sleep and interact with a variety of people. The minimum planning ground was developed by considering the angle of the slope that allows the pile-driving machine to drive on its own and the angle that satisfies the angle of repose of the site against the slope. |
