Outline: A house with a workshop for the production and sale of lures. The house is built as if it were hooked onto a slope, and the steel-frame foundation left the entire site rough ground. The columns of the steel foundation exceed the floor level and stop high, allowing the lower end of the metal bracing to slide upward, thus reducing the restrictions on the floor plan by the structural members and bringing a degree of freedom.
