House with Fan Shape Roof

Outline
The site is located in an undulating residential area and faces a slope with clusters of kobano-tsubatsuba azaleas. The existing retaining wall was left on the east side. The house is almost single-story, with a children's room and terrace on the second floor. The roof is fan-shaped to fit the shape of the site, and an efficient housework flow line was planned for a couple who work together.
