Outline: The first and second floors are reinforced concrete, and the third floor is a mixed structure with reinforced concrete walls and steel columns, topped by a wooden roof. The volume is angled slightly in line with the site boundary, and the right-hand side has a long approach directly facing the front road. On the third floor, a fan-shaped courtyard, a dining room, and a square-roofed living room were added to extend the depth and boundaries of the building.
