House in Kofu 2

Outline
Under the thermal design supervision of passive design advisor Masahiro Noike, the opening ratio was adjusted for solar radiation acquisition, and solar heat utilization was further optimized through room temperature calculations. In addition, planting mainly of deciduous trees (aodamo, katsura, maple, etc.) established solar radiation shielding in summer and solar radiation acquisition in winter. This facilitated whole-building air conditioning without relying on mechanical ventilation such as booster fans.
