Outline: The house for a family of four is located in a residential area developed in the 1960s. The site is elevated approximately 1.5 meters above the front road, and the existing retaining wall is made of ma-chi-stack. The house is composed of a long and tall volume in the front, a volume in the center, and a low, flat volume on the north side. The exterior walls are made of large waves of galvalume steel sheet. Most of the exterior walls are finished with a bare surface, but only the part facing the garden is painted white, and the garden is planned as a single room.
