Outline: Renovation of one room (38m2) of a 32-year-old reinforced concrete housing complex in Tokyo. For the single owner, each produced table, lighting, and bed are movable, providing a large space for visitors. The bath and wash/dressing rooms are located on the east side of the house where the balcony is located. All the furniture in the water area is made of 3mm-thick stainless steel in order to maximize the effective dimensions.
