House in Tsutsujigaoka

Outline: The house is for a family of six: a couple and their four children. three volumes are arranged in the north-south direction. despite being in a semi-fire zone, a large opening on the second floor of the main building facing north was realized by means of a fireproof sleeve wall. the housing complex on the west side is used as a reflector to bring reflected light into the interior. the roof slope is determined by the angle of incidence of sunlight. by opening and closing the fittings on the first floor of the main building, the sense of distance from the street is adjusted, and the trees in front are brought into the borrowed scenery through the upper balustrade.
