- The design began as a garage for a recreation center, and the dining room, living room, and sauna were added to create a detached outdoor living space. the perimeter of the site is surrounded by a 1,850mm high retaining wall and fence, and a hipped roof was erected 550mm above it. it was designed not as a finished product, but as a base for continued modification as an extension of daily life.
