- The site is located in a dense residential area, and the flagpole lot faces the neighboring houses on all sides. the volume is terraced, and the entire upper portion is planned as a wooden deck/roof balcony. the upper part of the volume is a wooden deck and roof balcony, which maximizes light and wind. the first floor is a two-story wooden structure excavated 670mm below the ground level to secure the interior space.
