Outline: This villa was created based on an investment model in which several owners, including makoto tanijiri, the designer, share the rights to stay in the building, and during periods when the building is not in use, they earn income by renting it out to the general public, which is then returned to the owners. the house is built on a sloping site about 1 km inland from the kujukuri coast along the isumi river, rich in nature, and employs the se construction method.
