- The residential building is an existing reinforced concrete house that was renovated, and an atelier building was added on the site. between the two buildings, there is a pathway that leads from the front road to the garden on the west side, which forms an axis to the sea on the west side, and stone, sand and concrete finishes are used to express the image of the sea.
