Outline: Located in a dense urban residential area, it is surrounded by neighboring houses except on the west side, which is tangential to the road. a garden is located on the east side of the site, and a two-story steel-framed volume is arranged to maximize the building area. the interior has a basement space excavated close to the groundwater level, and skip floors are used to let in light and wind while adjusting the sense of distance from the surrounding area.
