- The four-story building, originally a printing factory and residence, was renovated into the designer's own residence and office. the entire building had previously been converted to a residence by the previous owner, so this was the second time the building had been renovated. the former stairwell was converted into a four-story atrium, and the garage on the first floor, which was originally closed with shutters, was opened to create a design office open to the community.
