The site is in a semi-industrial area, and is located in the center of a built-up area bordered only by three private roads. as a result of repeated additions and renovations, a one-story wooden building on the west side of the site and an existing two-story steel-frame building on the east side are planned to be renovated into a living space "omoya" and a painter's studio "hanare", respectively.
