Outline: The plan is divided into three levels on the north-south side. there is a covered terrace facing the approach on the south side that connects to the front road, an earthen floor with a loft that also serves as the entrance, and a series of living spaces enclosed by high airtight and high thermal insulation walls. the interior of the building becomes more airtight as one moves toward the rear of the site on the north side. by partially securing the living space with high airtightness and high thermal insulation, a comfortable living environment is realized while keeping costs down.
