- A house under planning in hiroo, tokyo. the site faces two roads and has a building-to-land ratio of 70% and a floor-area ratio of 150%. while securing the maximum floor area, the relationship between the exterior landscape and the interior environment is being explored. in the layout plan, a rectangular plan is arranged on the site, and each corner is polygonal and touches the boundary of the site and the neighboring land.
