The building stands on a site that is long and narrow from east to west. it is composed of several boxes stacked on top of each other in continuity with the surrounding residential units, which are rhythmically built along the slope. the large openings facing the blessed natural environment are made of galvanized sashes, creating a bright volume that extends horizontally toward the sea.
