Outline: The house is located in a residential subdivision. one of the designers is the builder, and this is a combination residence operated by 333architects. the living room, study, and entrance of the owner's residence are rented out not only for personal use but also as shared space, so that the rent and the income from the shared space can be used to reduce the mortgage burden. the fully open fittings that connect the inside and outside and the long bench that serves as a handrail blur the boundary between the residences, thereby accommodating a variety of activities.
