Sunny Heights Room 102 and 203

We renovated a 40-year-old three-story reinforced concrete apartment building with an owner's dwelling unit. the owner's dwelling unit, which was a maisonette consisting of all of the first floor and part of the second floor, was converted into a rental unit (Room 102, photo). The floor and ceiling finishes were cut for about 1/2 of the room area, and the partition wall was cut out horizontally at a height of about 1,400 to 1,900 mm from the earthen floor to create an open space (Room 203).
