House in Kamiigusa
Naoya Kawabe Architects
- Outline
- The site is located at the end of a T-intersection in a residential area. The building is set back to avoid the existing trees, creating an open space and maximizing the view through the openings. Inside the building, the structural walls are raised as if to divide the plane into two, and are stacked from the basement to the roof, shifting half a floor at a time.
