My-riad of OpticalGlass Bricks

Outline: A two-family house built on a two-intersection site. The light from the courtyard leaks out through the optical glass brick wall, and the greenery inside and outside is transparent and continuous. On the west exterior, bricks are piled up to 3,100mm high and optical glass bricks are piled up to 4,600mm high on top of the bricks. The optical glass bricks and the bricks are combined in two different heights, 111.5mm and 50.75mm respectively, to create a rhythmic expression.
