Outline: This is a house with a Ryokan (Japanese inn) along the coastal street of Yuigahama. The main house, which has a guest room on the first floor and the owner's residence on the second floor, is located on the north side of the site, and the detached house, which is used as a rental inn, is located on the south side, facing each other across the garden. The guest room 1 on the first floor of the main house is also used as the dining room of the owner's residence. The ground level of the site is about 2m higher than the coastal road, so the sea can be seen from a distance.
