House of the Sacred Rock

Outline
The facade on the street side is a vertical lattice of a Kyo-Machiya (traditional Japanese townhouse), which ensures ventilation while taking into consideration the western sun and privacy. On the street side of the building, we have placed a gyaran stone, and by reducing the scale of the extension steps as we go deeper into the building, we have created a front garden with a small width that gives a sense of depth.
