- The house is built on a spacious site with two access roads with a stream running through the west side of the site. From the east side to the west side of the site, the garden is elevated with mounds and earthen walls, and a high terrace facing the garden is arranged in an L-shape to create a place to view the greenery of the garden and the landscape beyond.
