Field and House
Kaname Arauchi Architects
- Outline
- The house is built on a corner lot in a residential area dotted with fields and green spaces. The house consists of two buildings: the main building, which is open to the existing fields, and the tea room and study building, which face the intersection, and are connected by a gently arched porch. The garden is continuous with the existing field. The porch connects the two buildings in a gentle arc, and at the same time, it becomes a buffer between the interior and exterior, a place where various things of life overflow.
