House in Minamiyamashiro-mura

Outline
The building stands on a quiet hill in Kyoto Prefecture, with rice fields to the east and houses to the west. The gable roof is placed at a 45-degree angle from the direction of the roof, with climbing beams along the grid, forming a three-dimensional truss with the ridge, purlin, and eaves girders. The floor height of the deck space and the interior is aligned to gently connect to the garden on the south side of the house, and the deck space is intended to be another entrance for people to gather.
