Eagle Woods House

Outline
The house is built in a forest formed by sediment deposited by the old Tone River. Under the large gabled roof along the slope of the forest, volumes are arranged in response to their environment and function. The roof terrace in the center of the house brings light into the forest, which has been dark and closed for many years by thick bushes, and creates a new place for living.
