- The site is located at the top of a river terrace overlooking the sea in a residential area with a great difference in elevation, and inside the site there is a step with a retaining wall about 4m high. The volume overhangs as if twisting to the south, and is placed at the same level as the front road on the west side, and the house is developed along the site.
