Outline: This is a plan to build a new house and a new shop using the existing building by dividing new construction, towing, demolition and reconstruction into several periods. First, we built a new main house (residence) and moved people and things in, then we towed only the tatami room that we wanted to keep, and then we demolished the old liquor store. Then the old liquor store was dismantled, and the kimono shop, which was to be demolished in the neighborhood, was dismantled and relocated to make way for the new shop. The existing materials are used for the garden.
