House in Iwakura

- Boxes containing private rooms are placed at the four corners of the building, and a large pitched roof is placed over the boxes to create a large shared space in the center, with light shining through the top light. The boxes are connected to each other by bridges. The site is surrounded by buildings on three sides, and we aimed to create a space with openness while protecting it from the surroundings.
