Outline: This is a plan to design three adjacent dwelling units at the same time in a new residential area in the suburbs, and it is the best proposal of the implementation competition between university laboratories. The site is divided into different elevations and is gently contiguous, with a deck and sandbox in the center, proposing the use of a garden (sotoma) that straddles the site boundary.
