House M

Outline
The house is built on a shallow site with a wide frontage, cut by a newly constructed metropolitan road. The roof is made of three sloping concrete sheets, and the space between them is used as a residence. The roofs of the first and third floors, where the water supply and private rooms are located, are lowered and the eaves of the second floor, which is sandwiched between the two floors, are raised to create a public space for the family: the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are open to the city.
