- The site is located in a mixed residential/commercial area in Tokyo, where buildings of various sizes, uses, and structural forms coexist. In contrast to the external shape of the building, which seems to enter into the gaps of the city, a courtyard is set up in the center of the building to bring in light and wind, and to maintain a moderate distance between the households.
