- From the front road to the back of the building, there is a one-story building with a semi-basement that could be developed into a gallery or café, a three-story building with a bathroom and shower room, and a five-story residential building. In addition to the interior staircase, the building also has an outdoor staircase that is integrated into the exterior wall, creating an experience that changes the surrounding landscape as one moves upward, inside and out.
