- The building is located in a quiet residential area in the city center. The building is raised about 1.5m above the ground to form a pilotis, and the slope that runs along the perimeter of the building becomes a flow line that runs through the interior. Along with the pilotis, the building is set back and planted with trees to create an open space that adds depth to the town.
