The site is tangent to the northeast and has a neighboring house closely to the south. Taking advantage of the location with a large park on the north side, the first floor is used as a cafe mainly for take-out. The cafe, living room, and hobby room, which open to both north and south, and the enclosed space that receives light from the top light, are composed in a contrasting relationship of positive and negative.
