- The site faces a 1.4m wide alley in a residential area, and in addition to the setback by the secondary road, a north garden with a depth of less than 2m is created in front of the entrance to create a space in the dense residential area. The interior of the building is planned to create a perceptual expanse in place of an atrium, despite the fact that an atrium is not possible.
