The building stands in the center of Tokyo, in a neighborhood of small houses, its external form determined by the diagonal restriction and parking spaces. Transparent glass doors and two relief glass doors cover the large openings, which open and close to bring the city into the room; the third-floor terrace opens up to a green space.
