Outline: The site is located on the east corner of a subdivided and crowded residential area. The green louvered facade faces the east corner of the subdivision, providing greenery to the town while moderately blocking the gaze of passersby. The interior is composed of six floors in a skip-like configuration, allowing the light taken in through the louvers to reach the interior.
