Outline
The site is located between a group of high-rise residential buildings along Yamate Street and a group of alleys and wooded residential buildings located approximately 8 meters down to the east. The building is constructed with a minimal footprint on the ground floor in consideration of the load-bearing capacity of the existing retaining wall on the site, and the second floor, which overhangs the parking space, is cantilevered.
