Floating Floors in Steps
Nobuhiro Tsukada Architects
- Outline
- The building is located in a residential area that has been built on a dais. From the road to the depth of the site, several floors are continuous so that the center is the lowest, and openings are installed at the different floor levels. A single room space with different floor levels is created by a wooden grid frame using pillar legs with drift pins and beams made of fodder wood.
