House of Sakurakabu
Masaaki Okuno
- Outline
- This is a one-story house using a steel house (a thin, light-gauge steel-frame house in which the frame material of a wooden 2×4 is replaced with steel). The lightweight steel frame, which is a structural material, is treated as a single material and used as an interior material, attempting to increase the degree of freedom and spatiality of the steel house, which has a strong image as a standard house.
