Renovation of a 40 year old house. The wall was set back to widen a secondary road, and the height of the originally high block wall was reduced to 1,200mm. In addition, the exterior wall of the existing house was reduced and a wet veranda was built to connect the interior and exterior in a multi-layered manner through the garden. The wet veranda can be internalized by using electric blinds.
