- This is a renovation of a one-story house in Abashiri-gun, Hokkaido. In a cold climate, a stable room temperature environment can be created in a single room space by applying high heat insulation and high airtight construction. Within the volume of the one-room space, a place to live is created through cross-sectional manipulation while maintaining the scale of the existing house.
