Outline
This is a renovation project of a 47-year-old wooden house. The house, which had become difficult to maintain due to the decline in the number of family members, was partially renovated, divided into three units, and two units were rented out to increase the number of residents and distribute the burden of building management. At the same time, the interior traffic lines were reviewed for nursing care. Each room has a common "box pillar" and "wall pillar" for seismic reinforcement.
