- Three volumes, the first floor, the second floor, and the rooftop, are set up in a stair-like arrangement toward the park on the south side. All the rooms open to the outdoor deck, which is intended as a place for people to gather and engage in activities. Except for the south side, three sides of the house are enclosed by hip walls, creating a place to live.
