- One of the apartments purchased for a family was renovated and made into a studio with a bathroom and kitchen by the window. The floor of the bathroom is raised 200mm from the main room to ensure a drainage slope and waterproofing, and the kitchen top, which is approached from the bathroom, is at a height that makes it easy for children to work. When in use, the wooden fittings can be closed to maintain privacy and waterproofing.
